RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. All items are eligible for refund and returns of the shipping is damaged, tampered and not usable, or not liked by
our lovely customers. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t
offer you a refund or exchange.
 

2. Refunds will be initiated on receipt of the goods and on further inspection refunds will be issued to the respective customers.
 

3. Customers can make a new order for the damaged / returned product or also request for a new piece through

our message bot.

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also
be in the original packaging.
 

5. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
 

6. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
